Gratitude Journaling


Gratitude journaling is something that I do every day. In my planner I have a page where there is a line for every day of the month. At the end of each day I reflect on the things that happened through out the day. I choose one thing and I write it down. It is a good thing to be able to look back on and see all the good that happened that month.

Social media surrounds us all and people put out a lot of negativity. I know I get wrapped up in the negativity sometimes. When everything seems to be going wrong it can be difficult to see any positive in the situation. I have found that since I started writing down things I am grateful for I am much happier. I am able to see the bright side of even the worst situations. I am able to see the opportunities where others might give into their negativity.

It is so important to stay positive in a world where negativity is king. It is really easy to give into negativity but it ultimately brings down your happiness. When you continually give into negativity you being to look at the world through tinted lenses and all you can see is negativity. Only seeing the negative in every situation has a way of making people cynical.
