Yesterday was the 15 year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. I do not remember that fateful day because I was only five at the time but I do know many innocent people died that day. People who were just going to work were killed and many first responders lost their lives trying to save others. The first responders are the ultimate example of selflessness. Many of us have become selfish instead of selfless. Remember all those who were lost and their families and focus on trying to become more selfless.
